California wildfires and libraries

The California State Library reports on libraries, museums, and archives affected by the wildfires. According to the state library blog, many institutions are closed due to poor air quality so it’s been difficult to contact anyone directly. This emphasizes the need for disaster planning in libraries. Do they have a phone tree – a contact person at each institution that can call the state library and update them on their needs during the disaster?
